Common questions
How do I restore Pro Unlock?
If you've bought Pro Unlock and it isn't active — for example on a new iPhone or iPad — open the app and choose "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. There's no extra charge to restore.
Where is my history — does it sync?
Your scan and generation history is stored locally on your device. There is no iCloud sync, so history does not move between devices, and deleting the app clears it — there's no cloud backup, by design.
Why does the app ask for Camera, Photos, or Contacts?
- Camera — to scan QR codes. Frames are processed on your device; nothing is uploaded.
- Photos — only to save QR codes you export to your photo library.
- Contacts — only when you choose to create a contact from a scanned vCard QR.
Each permission is optional and can be changed any time in iOS Settings.
