Common questions
How do I restore Pokédex Premium?
If you've bought Pokédex Premium and it isn't unlocked — for example on a new Apple TV — open the app's About screen and choose "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. There's no extra charge to restore.
My quiz streak reset
Your best streak is stored locally on your Apple TV. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears it — there's no cloud backup, by design.
