Am I Drunk? is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, a breathalyzer, or a measure of your fitness to drive. It never indicates that it is safe or legal to drive at any reading — including 0.00. If you've had any alcohol, don't drive.

Common questions
How do I restore Am I Drunk? Pro?
If you've bought Am I Drunk? Pro and it isn't active — for example on a new iPhone — open the app and choose "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. There's no extra charge to restore.
Does my data sync between devices?
On the free tier, everything you log stays on the one device. With Am I Drunk? Pro, your session history and profile sync through your own private iCloud, which we can't see — so they follow you across your devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Without Pro, nothing is uploaded.
How is my blood alcohol estimated?
On your device, using the Widmark formula, from your profile and the drinks you log. It is an estimate, not a measurement — see the disclaimer at the top of this page. Never use it to decide whether to drive.
Does the app use HealthKit or my location?
No to both. Am I Drunk? does not use HealthKit and never uses or requests your location. On the free tier, nothing leaves your device.
